Privacy Policy

Nothing about you, unless you write to us.

• The calculator. It downloads one file of prices and tax rules from this site, then works out every figure in your browser. Your choice of model, variant and city, and the down payment, interest rate and loan term you set, are kept in the page address after the # sign, so a copied link opens the same result. Browsers do not send that part of an address to a server; it stays in your browser history like any other address.
• The city list on the on road price page. Choosing a city above the table of every variant downloads the same file, and the table is worked out again in your browser. The city is kept after the # sign in the page address, in the same way.
• Dark mode. If you switch it on, your browser keeps that one setting in its local storage, on your device. Clearing the site's data in your browser removes it.
• Everything else. The pages set no cookies, and their fonts, images and scripts come from this site. They link to no other website.

Every page is a static file, with no database, login or server program behind it, so the site itself keeps nothing about a visitor. The pages are served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, it receives the request your browser makes, including your IP address and the address of the page, in order to deliver the page.

No analytics or measurement script runs on any page.

The site runs no advertising, affiliate links or sponsored placements, and it has no lead or enquiry forms. Nothing about you is passed to Hyundai, a dealer, a lender or an insurer, because the site collects nothing to pass on.

A message to [email protected] arrives as ordinary email. We use it to reply and, if it reports a wrong figure, to correct the page. We do not add you to a mailing list or pass your message to anyone else. To ask what we hold from you, or to have it corrected or deleted, contact the publisher.
